Care to share the statistic? Suppose that depends on your definition of "big game".

Opponent ranking? Game time? School? What was on the line?

This year 0-1 (UCLA)
Last year 3-2 (Wisky/Michigan)
2010 4-1 (Texas A&M)
2009 4-1 (Virginia Tech)
2008 2-2 (Oklahoma/TTech)

Note that in 2010/2009, our 4 wins were against teams like Iowa State/Kansas State/ Kansas/Colorado. Those aren't big games really, same with in 2011.

Also our neutral field record sucks 2-3 (wins on Clemson/Washington)

Loss to Texas Big 12 CCG
Loss to Washington Holiday bowl
Loss to South Carolina in Capital One bowl
Win against Clemson/Washington

Bo used to say away games were less of a distraction. I don't know if he still thinks that.

I do know this is the best offense that Bo has put on the field (by a long shot). A good rushing defense (20th) can be negated by a horrible pass defense.
Abdullah on kick returns is another factor that is a big favor for NU.

Stop Braxton Miller and don't put the ball on the carpet.

I have a hard time finding any pattern with those stats as I see them, so I can't really say anything other than they won their next road game after losing on the road the first time in every year you've mentioned. If that stat stays true and we have UCLA's loss behind us for this year, we should win.

But that's shaky logic for sure.

Atrocious seems a bit excessive.

I'm re watching this game and I'll tell ya right now, if Urban Meyer was our head coach Ameer Abdullah would not see the field.

I don't care how big of a playmaker he is, he is so fuckin loose with the ball it's ridiculous.

He drops it on KR's about once every five times and with 12 minutes left in the 4th we were driving in Wisconsin territory and he fumbled it. He was damn lucky that ball bounced the way it did because Taylor scooped it up and ran for a 1st down.

And I don't know if it was this board or another where I read someone was complaining about Enunwa's "bad habit" of reaching the ball out to gain extra yards and how it cost us a 1st down on the 1 yardline.

While I agree that if he would have just tucked the ball in and went down he would have likely made the catch, you can't fault him for trying to get into the end-zone. They would have called that a touchdown if the ground forced the fumble in the EZ.

I pointed out that the ball came out when it hit the ground while reaching but wasn't complaining about it and I don't blame him for it. I credit him for getting the extra yards and that was a catch.

I was actually surprised that I didn't hear his name called until so late in the game. He was relatively silent. He's a huge asset to this team as a big bodied rcvr. He reminds me of Purify.

Abdullah is a top-tier back!

I have high hopes for Abdullah in 2013. He won't get any starts this year as long as Burkhead stays healthy. Burkhead has earned the starts and Abdullah will get his share of carries.

Benning says Heard is the best back on the team so next year looks real promising.

Atrocious seems a bit excessive.

That's 10 loss's on the road

Here are our quality 5 wins, and I am grasping for straws...
(Okie Lite/Missouri/Washington/Clemson/Arizona)

. That's not even 50%
