yes , a person can create 1 entry, but enter it in multiple groups i believe

I got the Bowl Pickem group created, sent an invitation to the emails you use for fantrax, if that doesn't work send the group is called SportsHoopla College Fantasy. Let me know if you do it that way and I'll PM you the password. Don't think you'll need it if you join through the email.

Couple things. We have 8 in the group right now. If you dont join and submit an entry you will by default draft either 9 or 10 next year. Also, if your id on there doesnt match your user name on here, or isn't at least something obviously similar, make it clear who you are at some point.
