But Ole Miss started out much lower in the rankings, can't jump Baylor just because they played a great game and beat Bama at home.

this is wrong and why preseason polls are flawed - people use them as justification for rankings after games have been played.

How the hell does Stanford drop 9 places with that outfuckingstanding D? Trees lost that game because of their O. Domers were lucky to survive and will lose to someone along the lines this year.

Does a 3-2 record strike your eyes with undefeated and one loss teams that just may be a little bit better?

After watching Stanford in that miserable weather game ... I honesty do not think they're all that, and when you have two losses at this point in the season, you're gonna suffer for it.

Clearly you didn't watch the game, because Notre Dame dominated both sides of the ball. Stanford is very lucky that Golson spotted them 7 with his turnover, and that ND miss-handled two FG snaps.

Oh by the way, the Notre Dame defense is better than Stanford's.

Why, because they played and beat one good team, don't think so.

AND ... SMU, Northwestern St, Buffalo, Iowa St & Texas are powerhouse schools. Yup, Baylor a legit top 5 team ... don't think so, if you're gonna spout off about beating teams. :rollseyes:

Baylor has NOT played anybody worth that ranking, IMO.

We should be ranked above Stanford. Our 2 losses were on the road, against the #1 and #10 teams in the country.
