They expect them to comport themselves at work in a manner that is consistent with what their customer base wants; just like you and I when we are at work. Its not free speech its the fact that these players are negros and white people live in fear of being called racist for calling out their abhorent behavior.

The NFL should fine or suspend any player that doesn't stand for our national anthem. What they do in their free time is okay but they are representing the NFL when they put on the uniform.

If Brady did it you know he'd be suspended.
