Best case scenario, if he does recover and can play football again, is either going late in the draft (I doubt any NFL team will risk a first round pick on him without seeing him play) or coming back with a likely new quarterback.

I think he needs to focus on getting healthy for life rather than football with this.. sad.

It's brutal either way. You hate to hear about things like this, nothing at all to do with football, that could potentially end his career. I don't think the worst thing (if he gets cleared before next year) would be to come back for his senior season. It isn't like you guys didn't bring in another 5* QB in 2020, and I'm sure he's going to be good enough to help Justin build his draft stock back up. Either way, just hope for the best with this kid.
