except the center, they need a top-level wing. or even a mid-level wing would be ok.

Skinner has been moved to Center? Hey if it works all the better. Acquiring a top 6 winger is easier than a center. Not much though. If the Canes are interested in a reclamation project of sorts Blake Comeau or Kyle Okposo might be available.
