Can any of the Jordan-led Bulls team beat this Warriors?

Those Bad Boy Pistons' teams were more talented than many give them credit for.
Thomas, Dumars and Rodman are HOFers who were in their primes.
Laimbeer, Vinnie Johnson, John Salley and Mark Mguire were all very good players as well.

Those Celtics teams from that era were also more physical than they get credit for, too. Detroit had bad boys but the Celtics were brawlers, too.

The game is less about strength and more about skill now. I think all of these teams would get swept if they played outside of their era because basketball is so finicky when it comes to matchups.

The game has more 3 point skill today but basic fundamentals???? ROFLMAO Not even close. There were 10x the fundamentals being played in previous eras than now both on the offensive and defensive end.

Players had more mid-range skill back then, 1000xx the post up abilities as today, overall more skill with their backs to the basket anywhere on the court, more defensive abilities. The only area where the game has improve is from the 3 point lines. Its DECLINED everywhere else

The Celtics were physical in the front court, but they ran one of the great passing offenses ever, they could play today's game with the best in my opinion.

Thats basically the other side of the argument - the Warriors are just alright and the NBA is at a historically low point. Not really a way to test either theory as far as I can tell but my gut tells me that competition generally makes things better over time.

Maybe historically is the wrong term but if you have to go back to that then you'd have to think the NBA is in awful, awful shape right now.

You know kids will come in 10 years from now and hold Curry, KD and Lebron in the same esteem that we all hold Bird, Magic and MJ because we all hold the players we grew up with in high esteem.

I wouldn't say the NBA's in awful shape. LeBron's already an all time great. And KD & Curry are heading in that direction as well. And if todays NBA is in awful shape because of what the Cavs & Warriors have done the last 3 years what about the 90's? MJ's Bulls dominated the league & had he not retired to pursue a baseball career he might have won 8 in a row.

But it has been a little boring watching the same 2 teams in the Finals these last 3 years. But I'm sure Cavs & Warriors fans would disagree.

Not really, both players are equally great in my opinion.

We differ in our opinions... Mike's game had more levels to it, not to mention his ridiculously clutch play when games were on the line... Mike led teams never lost in the finals, Lebron led teams have lost 4 times in the finals, 5 very soon ..

Jordan's determination in the clutch in big games is undeniable. Lebron has that too, but not as consistently.
Russell had it, Magic and Bird as well.
