It is things like this that make me wish they would make a rule that teams are allowed one home and one road jersey for the year.

No not go that far back. I think I read somewhere that that is what they use to do. You were givin one home and one road jersey to start the season and you had to return them at the end of the year and pay for any damage done. Around the 1920s.



But I meant one design of each.

I understand liking them. But to me it is about a money grab from the owners.

Aren't these things usually done for charities and the like?

Besides, I'm starting to get miffed by the "money grab" argument. Running a business is about making money however that is possible. If people are willing to pay for something, and you can market it to them, then do it. It's just good business.
