I don't know if that's true at all. The Browns may be on the brink of a pretty solid season. They play very good defense and ever since the Richardson trade and Weeden benching they have played good offense as well. The Bills are going to have their hands full tonight because that stadium is going to be rocking. I think this will be a good game between two teams that have surprised a lot of people in the early goings this season.

I think the Browns win this one 24-16 or something like that.

I think the Browns win because CJ and Fred Jackson both will play but are not 100%. The only healthy RB we have is Choice. The secondary is a mess, but we may get McKelvin back tonight. We'll see but I don't like our chances.

It will help if EJ has a stronge game.

Well, Hoyer going down is a bit of a curve ball. Weeden literally threw the rest of that drive away. Browns in trouble if their defense doesn't step up.

This has been a pretty good game. The Browns looked a little weak after losing Hoyer but after a couple shaky starts Weeden had enough in him to take them on a game tying scoring drive.

Then that punt return...wow! This has been a pretty good game.

The hit on Hoyer was really shitty. I won't say illegal but it was completely unnecessary to roll him like that.

I feel sorry for you cats. Us Pats fans always wished the kid well.

I hope Hoyer is okay. So far from what I have read it doesn't sound like he will be playing any time soon.

With that said, that was a heck of a win by the Browns last night. Weeden was slow out the gate but he found a rhythm and put together some decent drives. And any time your have defense and special teams adding to the scoring you have a good chance to win. However, between Weeden holding the ball so long and an O-line that looked porous at best, the offense looks like it will continue to struggle. Detroit is next for the Browns and they bring in a pretty impressive pass rush. One that isn't afraid to take cheap and unnecessary shots on players. If that line doesn't dig in, Weeden is going to get killed next week.

Defensively the Browns have the stuff to keep the Lions under control. The question will be if their offense can function.

Oh come on. Hoyer finally gets a decent starting opportunity and blows out his knee in his third game?

I've been saying for years: give Hoyer a shot and he'll be a decent starter. Hope he gets another shot somewhere after that injury.

Looks like Weeden will be the guy going forward unless Hoyer's injury isn't as bad as it looks/sounds. Weededn REALLY needs to work on getting the ball out of his hand quicker. He holds it for far too long and is going to get murdered if he keeps that up. But, he did look ok once he warmed up last night. With an adequate run game, the Browns OL may be able to give Weeden just enough time with some play-actions to keep him alive.
