Reasons why VJ should get year 2

1. No QB (Hard for vet HC's to win without one) you expect a 1st year HC to win without one.
2. Too much change on staff
3. JE put him in no win situation
4. VJ is a great guy and a CU Buff
5. If we have few lean years its on JE not just VJ. Need to rebuild core.


Why I would fire him

1. Leader of men yes in press conf. On gamedays he looks like no leader of men so far.
2. Overall getting worse at everything after 12 games.
3. JE goofed we need a HC that pushes guys not be buddies
4. No flashes of good play since Dallas
5. If VJ gets year 2 his leash will be even shorter.

Just my goofy thoughts

1 .We won a SB with one of those QB's

4 He is a ex Bronco as well .

5 . I want a Coach that will pull in players . I also think that the core showed you 4 games this year they are here .

I hope we keep VJ now. We can build our core with top 10 picks for a few seasons. Until we get our longterm answer at QB through draft we will struggle with a majority of HC's.

I honestly think Leary at LG and McGovern at RG would be better than what we went with this year, a decent combo even. I also think that Talib is on his way out. If there is a starting Corner to be had at our #1 pick and a starting RT to be had at our #2 pick then I'd be happy with that.

Well, Luck is signed with Indy through 2021 and Manning is signed with NY through 2019 so there goes your draft picks if there is even a chance at getting either one. I don't think firing the HC after one year is the answer and I'm not convinced that an upgrade is available. I'm also not convinced that there will be a player available to us in the draft that would be immediately better than who we already have as far as offering a pass rush. And we went FA for RT last year - he's still on the roster and I think he'll be a serviceable piece of the O-Line with a few adjustments. I'd rather draft an impact player at RT and let him eventually beat the guy out.
