There are a lot of borderline wrs of this generation which will have to be considered someday but I believe the only reason anyone will think of him is because of his personality/antics and because of all the headlines of him moving around from place to place since no one wanted him

My general rule of thumb is when players start talking and acting like they belong in the HOF, they probably don't. The truly great players let their play do the talking and let the chips fall where they may.

There are probably 10 WRs that deserve it more than him right now. Who knows in 7 years? (If he actually plays 2 more.)

Was he a good receiver? Yes. Is he HOF? Absolutely not. He'll need to play until he's 40 to even be on the ballot.
