You could be right....I'm pretty sure he holds the record for 100 catch seasons with the most teams played for...and that will somewhat cancel it out.

He was always a very good receiver, but I never saw him or considered him to being the standard at the position. Given that, and the fact that he has played for as many teams as he has, I don't think he should ever be truly considered for the Hall.

Yeah he has 6, I think Welker, Antonio Brown and Fitzgerald have 5.

As for Marshall what helped his numbers it the vast number of targets he had.
His two biggest years for targets: 192 - the second best receiver was freaking Earl Bennett and 181 targets was Eddie Royal.

Using those as examples but I think he is one of those players that accumulate stats by default and not a feared receiver.
