Souvlakis is terrible. As is Greens. Matter of fact besides Moes, the food selection on that strip is pretty bad.

I would be surprised if Moe's survives after Chipotle moved in down the street. Place is pretty much empty unless there is some event to solicit donations. I do like free chips and salsa, though.

Sharkey's will always be my favorite, just because the burgers go so well with the booze. Boudreaux's is a close second, then the Cellar, then basically everything else.

Not a fan of Souvlaki's or Gillie's

Boudreaux's, Cabo, and PK's are all quite good. Cellar has been good the times I've been, but I enjoy Souvlaki as well

No one mentioning Mike's?

Good luck getting a seat on a game weekend.

All of it is in a distant DISTANT second behind the farmhouse.

So, what are yall's thoughts on Souvlakis burying our opponents in their shop-front.

As a Greek, I hate their food for sure....
Souvlakis gave me norovirus last spring. I had to play a full intramural basketball game two days removed from having the virus. Yeah, I felt pretty delirious.
I'm partial to the cellar for food and drink

The Cellar had some good food. Really liked their Greek salads and would get the personal pizza and drink combos for lunch.

Liked PKs buffalo chicken pizza and when they would do coin flips to see if you got it for free.

Sharkey's wings weren't bad, but would only go with friends who wanted to get the large 34 oz. beers.

Would go to the Hokie House for the comedy club on Wednesday nights and would grab a heart stopper and a few pitchers of beer (and I was normally the DD).

Most of the time I just hung out at the Rivermill though (okay, all the time). Had some of the best prices and selection on tap. Plus, depending upon who was cooking, we would order off menu items that were awesome.

I meant the places on just College Ave. Gillie's won't allow me. I am way too All-American for them. See my hate for hipsters in the other thread.
