If he would have not injured his neck he would have won a Superbowl back when Favre was QB. He was one of the best ever even though he played only 8 years.

I'm a Vikings fan so I obviously wasn't a big fan but having said that he was a great receiver no question, I just don't typically like the what if scenarios.

Don Hutson.

Super Bowl era would be Moss.

Sounds good on paper, but there is a generational problem.

Not all around.

I’ll give him deep threat.

Yeah. All-around. He could do it all. Either you've forgotten or you weren't born yet. .. I'm leaning towards "weren't born yet"

By FAR Moss. It's not close.
I love Fitzgerald, Johnson, and TO (well maybe not, TO was a bit of a diva), but Moss not having an SB Ring is insane, he's a definite Top 5 WR of all time while the other 3 likely aren't, which is the reason he's getting my vote.

People are saying Cris Carter? What did he ever do besides run that fade pattern?

I thought that Vikings team with Randall Cunningham would win it. They looked like world bearers. And then I thought Moss would surely win it with the Pats. The Niners were the favorite to beat the Ravens albeit a small favorite. Crazy bad luck that Moss didn't win a Super Bowl.

I'm not a what if fan either. That stated, Moss was probably one of the top 5 I've ever seen. I would take Sterling in his prime over just about anybody but Rice and Moss. Honestly, I don't think Favre would've made it in the NFL if he didn't have Sharpe for his first few years. If he ever needed it and didn't really know what to do, he'd throw it as hard as he could to 84 and 84 would catch it more times than not to make the play that counted. If you asked Favre about it, I'm guessing that he'd have to agree with me, he wouldn't be a HOF're if he didn't play with Sharpe for his first 3 years or so.

Who's your pick?

Larry Fitzgerald is mine

For me it's he and Moss...and I'd take Fitz over Moss only because of how he handles himself as a man off the field...Fitz is a true role model, I don't think you can say the same about Moss.
