Did Tyler Eifert get released or is this a long negotiating tactic to get him at $500,000 less on his contract extension?

I'd go 7 OL

AJ wide, Eifert wide

Mixon RB.

Either I'm getting a block, or if they put 9 in the box, I'm going AJ/Eifert 1-1 for the Andy Dalton Jump Ball Special.

nope. we don't have 7 good OL, heck, we don't even have 4 above average OL

Eifhurt will be on the bench in a few weeks.

I would put Dalton in the shot gun though, with a rb and a te to each side of him then you can put the other TE (or Benard) on the other sides of the line, a few of them can see the blitz coming and pick up the block that the poor OL is going to miss.

HAHAHAHAHA

I CALLED IT!

DID I NOT CALL THAT!

I KNEW he would break one on the ground for a TD. This defense is so predictable.

Doesn't matter. At least you get some bodies in there to get in the way. More than Eifert does when he "blocks".

Force the defense to stack the box and allow AJ/Eifert to get 1-1 coverage outside, or the defense will be gouged with the run.

Guenther needs to send an extra guy. Watson all kinds of time to shift and run around back there.

Booing is fine but not every time a QB has to throw the ball away.

Bullock is 2-2. So there is that.

This offense couldn't be more predictable in the redzone. Move AJ around. Isn't this one of the reasons they drafted Ross? He was a Redzone master in college. Then again, he had an actual offensive coordinator.

The line is bad, but they aren't getting whipped.

I have to believe that if Hue were still coaching this offense they would be pretty good. Too much talent outside that is wasted.

Do you guys remember when Eifert was good?

I remember when Hue would have a game plan, move guys around, and figure out ways to get guys open rather than just letting the defense dictate where we can go with the ball.

A few bad plays, no doubt.

But, overall, they haven't been horrid.

Hill just showed the hardest he's tried to get 2 yards since his rookie year.

This team lacks total awareness, discipline.... you name it, there is a way to screw things up.
