BTN TO PRODUCE IOWA-NEBRASKA PREVIEW SHOW

The Big Ten Network will air a 30-minute show at various times throughout the week to preview Friday’s football game between Nebraska and third-ranked Iowa. Game time is 2:36 p.m. CST at Memorial Stadium.

The show will debut at 10:30 p.m. CST tonight (Nov. 24).

The show will be hosted by Dave Revsine, with Chuck Long and Matt Davison. The show will examine the last four matchups of the series since the Hy-Vee Heroes Game was first played in 2011. Davison and Long will discuss their memories of the games played against each school and what the game means to them. The show will also preview this year’s matchup that has bowl implications for each school.

In addition to the preview of the football game, the BTN special will also feature the Citizen Hero for each university.

Following are the air times for the preview show:

Tuesday, Nov. 24 10:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 25 9 a.m.
Thursday, Nov. 26 12:30 a.m.
Thursday, Nov. 26 10 a.m.
Thursday, Nov. 26 6 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 26 8:30 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 27 2 p.m.

I doubt I will pay attention to Oregon game outside the ticker. Oregon should and will dominate. WSU-Washington could be good.

Thats BS. Iowa has one of the best fan bases in the country especially as it pertains to travel. They've actually instituted rules in the B10 to prevent bowls from taking iowa ahead of teams that finished with superior records. If you want to bang on hawk fans for not going to a game in 5 degree weather the morning after a huge snowstorm vs a 2-8 team that's fine but it's not a typical thing.

I doubt there was that many. Thousands sure. It was the nose bleeds at ends of stadium empty.

Yep. That's the game I was speaking about. We got 10 inches of snow the night before and in to the morning. Most people aren't going to drive in that stuff on game day traffic. Not for Purdue anyway lol.

I will say this, I would have been at the game regardless, I also say this never truly having to have dealt with snow before. A year ago the roads were so bad I could only drive 5 mph and still nearly spun out twice.

LOL. Yeah pretty easy to say when you don't have to do it . Game day traffic in IC sucks already. Takes like 2 hours to drive a 30 minute drive when the weather is good. Times that by 2 or more when you're driving 15 mph on the interstate all the way there surrounded by a bunch of drunk people driving down beside you. No fucking thanks
