His command is spotty at times, and he can build up a pitch count pretty quickly sometimes. But I do think he's the best pitcher behind Bello. Maybe Pivetta, but he's hurt.

Orioles might only have a .711 OPS as a team, but they have a 110 OPS+ (AL average OPS is .683). There simply hasn't been a lot of offense around the league, and the spring weather may play a role in that.
