I just gave you overturns from 2015-2017. A lot of those cases happened in the 2000's, which is recent enough. You can't expect to see overturns from cases that just happened in 2016 or 17 yet, because it's still early. Overturns don't happen right after your case is over. It could take years and sometimes decades.

The appeals process for the first conviction is not complete yet, so the state of Massachusetts was just hedging their bets by trying him in this case. Now if he wins his appeal on the first murder conviction he'll be out in five or six years.

Even if that happens he will probably get shot or be stupid enough to murder someone else. This clown is one of the dumbest people on the planet.
