Your claim, "harbaugh is calling the plays", is stated as a fact.

If you want to state this as an opinion, I would suggest, "I think Harbaugh is calling the plays".

Do you understand the difference between the two?

It's our default mode. Seriously, though, Harbaugh and Roman have very little motivation to coach the shit out of this game. I'm hoping we play great in the second half, but my expectations are low for many reasons.
