Listen ...He plays for Boston College. They are a 7-5 football team... We both know you have to be on a great football team to give the illusion that you are a great player making this great football team great... Hence, Tua has the best odds...

The Heisman is not about the best football player .... is about the best player on the best team... Or a teams that has no more than 2 losses...

Murray would never start in the NFL had he picked the NFL... Tua will never start in the NFL... I never even knew Ohio St. QB was in the running till the night of the Heisman, so I'm sure he ain't shit..
Thank you confirming my initial suspicion that you do not watch college football.

Because he graduates this weekend. I think he'll transfer out of the SEC as he's finished what he set to accomplish. Possibly go somewhere his talents will be utilized. Places with shitty defense, like the Big 12.

That makes more sense. I thought Saban had locked him in.

Going into next season my top 5:

1. Tua
2. Sam Ehlinger
3. Trevor Lawrence
4. Adrian Martinez
5. Jonathan Taylor

Just missed: Jerry Jeudy, JT Daniels, DeAndre Swift.

OK...you moved him up.

I was just going to post that I thought Martinez should be
higher on that list.

Bringing Nebraska back or making them a solid contender
again, would focus a great deal of attention on him and he can
make things happen with his feet and arm.

I don't think that's gonna do it. Haskins was a distant 3rd and there's no way Ehlinger is putting up his type of numbers. Unless Ehlinger jumps clear up to ~4500+ total yards and at least 45+ total TDs, he won't be close. There's also obviously going to be other QBs we don't know about that will likely blow up.

Haskins also went up against what was probably the two best seasons by a QB ever with what Tua and Kyler did. I think Tua can be just as good, but if they have to take 3 guys to NYC Ehlinger will be in the mix.

No doubt it’s Tua’s to lose now. Seems like a good kid, I bet he gets it.

I'd pick potato salad before some of these guys. List invalid

In the mix is one thing, finishing as the Heisman runner-up is another. He'll have good stats playing in that conference, but it won't be enough to get him to NY.

Sounds good.
Another thing to consider, it looks like he loses at least 3 starting OL and it's looking like possibly 3 of his top 4 pass catchers. Might be a rebuilding year in Austin. Also need to consider the effect playing on a 4-loss team has on a guy's Heisman shot. That's why I'd say Tua, Lawrence, Frohm, even possibly Martell and Patterson have better shots.

I did consider that. I think they can be a 1/2 loss team and have another appearance in the Big 12 title game.
