Some CBs to keep an eye on. I don’t expect us to pick Jackson from Iowa unless somehow Edmunds, Payne, Vea, AND Smith are gone... but he is a stud muffin.

Stroman from VT is also underrated. Woodbridge kid who grew up playing with guys like Settle and Dashawn Hand. You aren’t gonna get a ton of help from him in run support, he is smallish. He will probably run well and look great in the field drills. Potentially a lock down corner or at worst a nickel guy. Was a very good PR too. Good player to roll the dice on in the mid rounds.

Don’t know anything about the Jax St. guy..

What outrage? The NFL combine is an overhyped non event, event. Everything is designed to get folks worked into an off season frenzy, including stories that surrounded something that didn't happen to a player who wasn't interested in suggestions to the same. If you're annoyed by that, reread what I just wrote, now that shit's annoying to the easily annoyed!

One player I don’t want this team to draft is Orlando Brown. When you go for a job interview as unprepared as he. There is no hope. Maybe he can make up for it at his pro-day, doesn’t look good though

I watched this guy at the combine because I thought I had heard that he was all conference. He looked awful and un-draftable which was unbelievable.

While I agree that he flubbed the job interview, it wasn't much of an interview to begin with. There's video and scouts that have seen what these players can and cannot do vs real competition The combine should serve as confirmation of what's known about these guys, not some sort of method to negate the same.

Could be exactly that...or...someone who came to an event, realized that it was not what he thought it to be and lost interest. BTW: Round is a shape, now stop picking on the persistently good eating folks of the world!

sty if the guy doesnt know what he is getting into then the red flags should be flying through the roof

the combine helps verify what you see on tape . now dont get enamored with it but it means something for sure

Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline relays that quarterbacks coaches for six teams were on hand to watch Richmond QB Kyle Lauletta on Wednesday's pro day.

The Cardinals, Ravens, Panthers, Bengals, Buccaneers and Redskins sent their quarterbacks coaches to Richmond to observe Lauletta. In total, 26 teams sent representatives to the pro day. Pauline hears that the 6-foot-2, 217-pounder "looked very good" in his drill work despite some adverse cold weather. Lauletta's been talked up as a potential Day 2 selection in some corners, but Pauline views the quarterback's projection more conservatively, with Draft Analyst assigning him a grade for Round 5.

Near Locks no possibility- Rosen, Darnold, Mayfield, Allen, Barkley, Chubb, James, Nelson, Fitzpatrick
Almost Near Locks but possibilities - Ward, Edmunds, Smith
Possibilities - Payne, Vea, Hernandez

Good post. We should have our choice between the two DT's. I agree those guys should be the top 12 in any order. I don't think 5 QB's are taken before 13.
