If Hankins is signed and Dezel Ward is there, the Skins might have to look real hard at taking him. I think the Bills were our trade back partner. That's gone now.

The scout I heard raving about him (who thinks he's on the same level as Barkley) said he's eventually going to be an all downs RB. He hasn't been used much as a receiver, but he thinks he has the skills and talent to excel there.

Btw, I doubt the Skins have any interest in using the 13th pick on him. This is due dilligence on a player they might have interest in trading for (either trading down from the 13th pick or trading up with the 2nd round pick).
