Saquon Barkley would be my top choice but I don't believe we will have any shot at him

Rasheed Penny is the best back i think we can get him in the first round he will climb up ofter the combine but not in the top 15 but if we are sitting out 13 pull the trigger

love Penny as well hopefully we can trade Cousins off for a 1st if they don't sign him long term and land a QB in the draft

Could be wrong but I read somewhere before the game 13th was their highest possible pick.

With Arizona winning, I think we are either 12th or 13th.

Holy crap. That would be fantastic. We would get a top five player at 13 in Fitzpatrick, then we would get a QB prospect in round 2 nobody believed could fall to round 2, and then a second round RB prospect in the third. Could be better though. Guice could be the RB prospect to slip to round 3.

well mocks change , allen fell to us so who knows ? but minkah is a talent that would take a huge series of events to get at 13

One of the Walter mocks, may be Charlie Campbell, has us getting Fitzpatrick. Insane but I will take maybe the best player in the nation.

Yes he was top 5 but fell to us at #14 so I took him. Doubt he would be available but just like Skinsdad said noooo one thought we could get Allen last year.

He wasn't real good the first half but the 2nd half he was a bad Maryland Farmer.

Fun game, only college game I watched this year so far. Time to eyeball some players for the draft.

There is a difference between Jackson playing against the athletically challenged and Allen. Allen won’t win with his legs and needs athleticism around him. Everybody in the NFL is athletic.

How does Jackson do against the better defenses, the ones with NFL talent on their defensive roster?

I'm not sure I see how this is bad for Jackson. Jackson plays better against better competition than Allen.

It was a fun game. Man did Georgia ever turn up the D in the 2nd half. I still think Oklahoma wins the game if the kicker doesn't kick that crappy squib kick at the end of the half and the 29 yard punt with 3:00 minutes to go in the game. The blocked FG wasn't his fault though, Carter got good penetration and got up to get a couple of fingers on the ball.

Penn State was a lot like this game in that they want up pretty big but Washington turned up the D in the 2nd half. Not enough to win.

You can only compare the two if supporting casts are equal.

You can only compare the two if the defenses are the same.

You can only compare the two if their skill sets are the same.

Lamar Jackson is a great athlete. He excels playing against lesser athletes. When the defenses are more athletic, he slows down. All defenses in the NFL are athletic.
