the way i remember it from last year you are the one that made ray draft nico! i wish i got the nhl network in my cable package to watch. i get nfl mlb nba but some reason have to pay extra for the nhl.

i'm really interested to see what type of effort the team brings tonight. two HUGE impressive wins prior to the xmas break then the break and now a semi "meh" team in the wings. i will be really pissed if they come out flat. they should steam roll the wings from the puck drop. coming out flat and not picking up their game til 10 mins left in the third will show that this team has some growing up to do

Didn't watch, only caught highlights, looked like we could have won by 6 goals. A couple of chances that through some act of God didn't go in. Schneider looked like he rescued the D on some sloppy plays. Glad to get the win.

Now that Hall goal. I don’t know but none of the angles I saw on tv were conclusive. Even when the puck crossed the blue line seemed Hall was still onside.
Not saying it was not close. But was it 100 percent to overturn the call in the ice?

Agree with everything you said. Nothing I saw would lead me to overturn the original call.

The offside call was brutal. But blowing a 2 goal lead to a last place team just cannot happen. The D as a whole were gliding throughout the 3rd.

I agree... there was no conclusive evidence to overturn that call... it was close, but every angle on tv showed the puck past the line and his foot still at the blue line.... the problem was he lifted his skate, but he was still even with the blue line.... tough call and it bit us... we get that goal, I believe we win that game... bad call.... should not have been overturned... and in our house, which makes it worse.... Hall looked shocked when they announced overturn....

Caps were flat out a better team. Shows how much this team needs to grow. Hopefully it's a wake up call or something is in the works.

Ughhh not a way to finish the year with the last two....

The rest of the metro is starting to wake up while we are back to stumbling....

I mean, I think we are an overachieving team with the obvious youth n solid record but it still sucks.

I hope we don't make any panic moves at the deadline.

Our first line needs to start finishing with goals scored rather than leading in chances.
