We just watched another missed PAT in the Washington game. And there have been a bunch from what isn't that much farther of a kick than this one was. Often with games on the line.

I'm not sure what kind of conspiracy BS is being suggested here, but choke jobs are choke jobs. Seeing those laces facing him again likely had some impact on that approach, but the game was on the line and he failed. It's by no means the first time a kicker has blown a game at the end. Ask the Giants about Feely vs the Seahawks. We can go on and on with examples.

Ask every single NFL HC what their nightmare scenario is for last play of the game and 100% of the time they will say putting the game in the hands of a kicker. There are zero HC's that wouldn't say that.

More at their current distance than their former and there were a few big ones missed on the final day of the regular season. Two by one team in the same game.

HC's dread leaving the game in the hands of a kicker for a reason. It may not happen often, but games are blown by them. This was nothing more than an example of that. A tragic one at that for their fans.
