Murray and Delpo definitely have the easiest paths. To be honest, the only person that can beat Delpo is himself. This surface, although not what it was, is still perfect for him. Between the serve and the flat groundies, if he is consistent then he wins. the problem is he has seldomly been consistent all the way through tournaments.

Would love to see Murray win his first too.

If Azarenka is as injured as she is acting, the #2 seed could potentially withdraw after a bad slip. Of course, as I am typing she stopped crying. We'll see what the doctor says.

Azarenka's trying to play, but she is hobbling and can't make a serve. She double faults twice as she gets back out and isn't moving well at all.

Nadal lost in 3 straight sets. It is the first time in Nadal's career he lost the 1st round of a Major tournament.

The 5th seed in both men's and women's singles got eliminated in opening round and both in straight sets.

I think they ranked Nadal too high  Next year he shouldn't be ranked in the top 20 at Wimbledon

If by "not that good of a grass court player" you mean better than anyone in the world other than Djoker and Fed.

Murray a better grass court player than Nadal? Nadal has 2 Wimbledons. How many does Murray have again?

Tell us how great of a grass court player Nadal is. I know Murray does not lose in the 2nd/1st round in B2B years at Wimbledon.

I wouldn't overlook the Belgium guy. He did pretty good. He does a great job at serving.

I know everyone was focus on Nadal today but there were shit load of upsets today as Wawrinka, Tipsarevic, Fognini, Errani, and Lepchenko all joined Nadals in the group of ranked players that got eliminated today.

8 American Women were eliminated today

In all fairness, Nadal hurt his knee early in the first set and was not moving well at all.

That being said...

Injuries will end Nadals career very early. I have been saying it for a while now. He does not transfer his weight properly on ground strokes and he is starting to pay the price for it. His backhand especially is very contorted and puts undue pressure on his outside leg. His serve is very windmill-ish and sort of like Djokers old motion. Surprised his shoulder and back are not a problem yet.

Serena has tied her career high 32-match winning streak. I have a feeling she's going to destroy that with how she's been playing.

Rough morning at the All England Club. Azarenka, Isner, and Darcis all withdraw because of injury.
