I'm perfectly happy with the way things went. I'd rather have the humble, and more talented IMO Green along with Shipley and Gresham than Bryant's loud mouth.

Yeah, Graham and Bryant woulda been sweet but Gresham was still a good pick. We dont know how things woulda unfolded with Bryant here...the guy seemed to be teetering on the edge of going off the rails in the offseason. Plus, if we had drafted Bryant maybe they dont take Green in the 1st and instead take (gulp) Blaine Gabbert. Just sayin' I like the chemistry of the team. I think Gresh (like Green) can buy into that team concept and I'm not sure that Bryant is capable of being a non-jergoff type of player. All that being said during the draft when the pick was up I was screaming for them to take Bryant but in hindsight (as good as he may be) I'm glad that they didnt.

So youd rather have Shipley, Green, Gresham than Bryant, Green, and Grahm?

If you think we would have drafted Green with Bryant on the roster, you're crazy.

Also, I don't like Bryant...at all as a person. We don't need more players bringing drama.

Like I said, you're assuming that if we woulda drafted Bryant that we'd of taken Green. You're also assuming that the Bengals would've been able to develop the very raw coming out Graham like the Saints did. Shit, if the Bengals woulda drafted Graham maybe he wouldnt have even seen the field yet if Reggie Kelly were still healthy..

I'm just saying. Gresham is looking more like he wasn't worth the 1st round pick to me. He still has trouble holding on to the ball. He seems to be dinged up alot. And i just wasn't a fan at the time. I hope he turns out great, but I think Bryant will be better. I wouldn't be opposed to packaging some picks together to move up and grab another top WR personally.

I'd be just as happy bringing in a decent #2 as a FA rather than use a top pick on another. We need other stuff with those picks.

Gresham is a 1st round talent. The guy is a total stud. He's got a bad hammy but his knee seems to be fine (knock on wood). I like him. I that will be a good TE class with Gresham, Gronk, hernandez, Graham and Moeikai but all those dudes had question marks coming out (particularly Gronk with the back and Graham just being so raw). I think that part of the issue with Gresham is the way that he's been used. As a player I think he's defintiely a 1st round talent and has his head on straight. If it wasnt for his knee he'd a probably been a top 12 pick. He was a monster at OU

Eh Bradford was the monster at OU. Again it doesn't matter about how talented he is but the way he is used. That is the main reason I didn't want him coming out. Gruden doesn't seem any better at using him.

He's had a few games where they used him really well, and some where he was invisible. I don't know if this was due to non-disclosed injuries, defensive tendencies, or poor play.

He's young. Gresham seems to be a prototypical TE and Gruden actually seems to be capable of adjusting. Hopefully he fully breaks out soon instead of just giving us glimpses of how good he is. Later fellas...have a good firday night.

This...a veteran #2 could be a big help to this offense....don't know who's available, but we already have our stud for the future, so drafting another wr at this point would be a waste.....I would like to add offensive linemen, especially on the interior....maybe a C to give Cook a run for his money, and definitely a LG.....

These are the WR's worth taking a long hard look at that are FA's after this season:

Wes Welker
Vincent Jackson
DeSean Jackson
Steve Johnson
Marques Colston
Brandon Lloyd
Robert Meacham
Reggie Wayne
Dwayne Bowe
Pierre Garcon
Plaxico Burress
Braylon Edwards

most of those guys will get resigned by their own teams, my guess.

No one else is worthy of being a #2.

I think Reggie Wayne is the most likely to be available of those.
