I remember the tickets costing 40$/piece.
It's crazy. I don't see how/why people do it. I guess I'm just not a real fan.For those tickets to the 2 games I sent my kids to I paid over $1,000 Canuckistanian for 3 tickets both times. And they still needed a Sherpa guide to get to their seats.....
He rooted for the other team...You Lie! The Seahawks didn't have fans until 2012. At least that's what I've been told..........
For me, I don't remember the exact game but it was in 1984 when my dad had season tickets.
1985 Patriots vs Seahawks
It was a close game, Hawks lost 17-20... I remember staying at the hotel the Patriots were staying at... I went down to the Main Hall there and the Patriots were there walking to dinner and a few of them stopped to sign autographs and take pictures... I was able to take pictures with Andre Tippett, Craig James, Irvin Fryar, John Hannah, Ken Sims and Ray Clayborn... I was only 15 years old so that was a very cool experience...
Nov. 10th, 1968....the NY Jets vs. the Houston Oilers @ Shea Stadium.
Went with my dad and younger brother.
Jets won 26-7.
I still have the game ticket stub, along with the program, which I had autographed by Don Maynard, Matt Snell & Gerry Philbin.
Stand up fella, the jokes are going right over your head
