If memory serves me right, he had Michigan State ranked 12th after beating Oregon. Two Bammers had MSU ranked in double digits after week two.

Oregon is not very good. The only reason I'm moving you up to 8th right now is because other teams lost.

They probably leap past Clemson, Florida State, and Oregon

It won't happen, but they should be ranked above most, if not all of those teams based on what's actually happened on college football fields this season.

For a fan of college football with no favorite team, this was an incredible game to watch. Wow! One of the best games I have seen in quite a while. Congrats to both teams for playing their hearts out.

I agree. It was college football as you want it to be. Young men giving there very best till the very end. While both teams made mistakes they kept trying and didn't give up.

Well before this game Ole Miss played two teams that would have made Art Briles ashamed to schedule. This is a quality win.

Wouldn't put Ole Miss that high ... maybe at #5 at most. They're a good team, but let's face it: Scratch even two turnovers, and Bama probably wins tonight

... and Bama belonged nowhere near the Top 5, with the QB situation and their terrible secondary.
