So the Jets and Jags have 1 win each and if it stays that way the Jets then join the 2002 Panthers and 1970 Bears as teams coming off 1 win seasons who did not get the top pick in the draft. The 2002 Panthers lost out because the expansion Houston Texans were awarded that pick and chose David Carr.
In 1969, ironically the year the Jets won the SB, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Chicago Bears both finished 1-13. At the time, there weren't all these tiebreaking scenarios to iron things out so commissioner Pete Rozelle flipped a coin and the Steelers won to pick Terry Bradshaw. Just thought I would throw this out there just for fun in this crazy season.

Yep. And on another note, in 74 the Bears were once again in a coin flip situation. This time for the 4th pick. They won that coin flip and selected Sweetness.
