Series Thread: 3) Toronto Raptors vs 6) Milwaukee Bucks

It's different years and teams on both sides etc. But Toronto won two game 7's at home last year in series where the comments early were pretty much exactly what you see in this thread verbatim. They beat the Pacers by 5 (and there really wasn't any valiant attempt to close that gap in the final few minutes) and they spanked the Heat by 27.

Anything can happen but if it does come down to a game 7 I wouldn't put money against the Raptors.

It's anybody's series in my opinion.

Every NBA team has talent. I'm trying to figure out where all elite talent is on Milwaukee, outside of Giannis, that makes them better than DeRozan, Ibaka, Valanciunas, Carroll, etc. (excluding Lowry since we're excluding Giannis from the discussion). Toronto has some young talent too . . . they also happen to have some pretty good established NBA players.

Bucks have some good young talent as well as the raptors do.

Carroll and Valanciunas suck. Carroll just isn't the same player he has been the last couple years. Valanciunas just plain out sucks, he is very inconsistent. So bascially they rely on DeRozen, Lowry and Ibaka.

Completely disagree about Valanciunas. He doesn't mesh well with Ibaka but he's still a valuable player.

The Toronto team from the past 2 games is who they need to be in order to give Cleveland a challenge. This team I've seen in games 4 and now in game 5 is a team who can push Cleveland to 6 games or so. The team from games 1-3 likely get swept.....At most win 1 game
