You got one extra game because your pussy conference plays only eight so instead of playing even a Virgina a San Diego State a Memphis at their house you pussy play Towsend and Chattangooga onlyat home. Washington & Georgia State. 2013: Idaho State. 2012: Portland State. 2011: E. Washington. Or is it somehow different when your team also plays FBC teams?

Kent State isn't an FCS team. They play in the MAC. And USC plays W. Michigan this year from the same conference.

Now you're getting it. When a conference does not play a 9 game conference schedule. And plays an extra mid major or FCS team. It has a ripple effect. Which reflects in the conferences rankings.
