You don't read well do you? :burt:

And still.........nothing. Instead of posting non-sense, use the copy/paste function and start posting all those national pundits articles.

"Powerhouse"???? Outside of Sooner fan's small minds who else would call Okie a "Powerhouse"?

:L Damn, I would think you are mentally challenged. Oklahoma made the CFP last year and they are still ranked #11 right now. They are a powerhouse right now and have been for quite some time especially in their long history.

Nowhere did I say that, but go ahead and make up anything you like.

UW's defense did struggle against the run. Anyone that says otherwise is lying or didn't watch it. Never suggested otherwise.

And yet they had several chances in the 3rd and 4th quarter to pull away and put the game to bed and time after time failed to do so. Not because the other team forced them into errors, but because they committed a bunch of dumb mental mistake kind of penalties, missed a normally make-able FG, and otherwise just didn't play as sharply as they had earlier.

There is nothing there you can cite as false. That is 100% true.

Why some of you are so stuck on that game is beyond me. They didn't play at their best and still won on the road. So what?

We will find out a lot tomorrow. If they lose to USC then they aren't nearly as good as advertised right? And if they win in a bloodbath they earn at least a little more respect. They also will get to face two more ranked teams before reaching the playoffs as long as they don't trip up and lose somewhere. They have by FAR the most difficult road left among the top teams. It will all take care of itself one way or another.

Looks like you keep defending Washington for struggling against a bad team...I get it but you keep saying UW didn't play their best but Arizona didn't either. How is having 3 turnovers playing their best....UW had penalties. It works both ways. Penalties isn't an excuse. Ohio St has had more penalties than most teams and it's why they lost a game. These are just excuses honestly.

They won the game, the only thing that matters. They beat a 2 win team like they were supposed to. End of conversation. USC is 20 and Wazzu is 23, this is just sorta making up for their terrible schedule to this point.

Why don't you post something that supports your claims? Oh that's right, there aren't any. I'm not going to sit around at work and do your job for you. I know what I read at the time of that game and you have zero proof any of it is wrong.

The polls the following week did not drop UW down. That says volumes right there. None of the top writers put them lower in their rankings.

You can keep being a dumb ass all you want. Trust me, that's what others reading your drivel are calling it as well.

Now lets see if you can find articles that support your claim. I mean you have all this free time to bitch endlessly about some other team so put it to good use.

Kind of cute though, since Penn State wouldn't stay within 2 touchdowns of either SC or us.

But...the issue isn't UW vs Ohio State. It should be Ohio State vs Michigan. Michigan's only win that any person could say was useful was against Wisconsin and if Wisconsin had a decent HS QB, they win that game. Ya, Colorado counts for SOS but Michigan was losing that game until their QB got hurt...big asterisk next to the strength of that win.

And I guess I can say it for the 100th time, but no matter what your views they are playing against likely 3 ranked opponents before the playoffs. It doesn't matter what their road was to this point. It really doesn't.

There are turnovers that are forced and turnovers that are unforced. You cannot deny that. QB's throwing a pick right to a guy they never saw or looked off is an unforced error. Picks where a player goes out and makes a great defensive play are forced.

Outside of that you have to look at the overall play, not just the stats. Everyone in college football agrees with that. You can't watch that game and see anything other than what we saw. Those of you who wish to just keep banging stats are free to do so and we are also free to laugh at you for it.

Now, by this time tomorrow we will have another game against a ranked opponent on the books. If they lose it they are no longer in the national spotlight so who cares about the Zona game. Their last game of the year is against a dangerous and ranked WSU team on the road. Winning that would go a long way to proving they have earned their spot as well.

Maybe you forgot already. YOU made the claim, national pundits agreed with you and said Washington outplayed the final score. All I did was ask you to post the articles, as I know you were talking out of your ass and I was right. Hence the reason you haven't posted anything

YOU made claims you aren't supporting so don't bother projecting that on others.

What I read at the time I read at the time and don't give a flying fuck what you think about it. You have ZERO to support any claims to the contrary. Again, if they didn't drop in the polls at all after that game what does that tell you about the overall feeling on the national level? Careful here. You might show once again how little you actually know about football.

I stated facts. Unless you are saying Arizona didn't have 475 yards of offense. Didn't take Washington to OT. Didn't have 3 turnovers to 1 for Washington.

And as I said with Utah. I watched the game.

Wow, you really are clueless. :L

Anyone that watched both of those games would say, and have said (including national pundits) that UW outplayed the final score in both. They simply made too many self inflicted errors to come out by the margin they should have. That happens in college all the time. It's not easy to win on the road. How many top 10 teams have fallen on the road this year? And some top flight programs along the way. Ask Ohio State what playing on the road and making mistakes does to you.

The others are right. Reading a box score does nothing to tell you how a team really played. This is why we have a committee to decide the rankings to begin with. You have to see how the teams played to understand the outcomes. That's football 101 really.

Maybe you forgot this comment. YOU stated national pundits (plural) said Washington outplayed the final scores in those games. I just asked you to post the articles. I'd love to read them the imaginary articles.

And if you are going to make claims about that zona game back them up with something other than the box score. If you want to call out others on what was thought about that game at the time do your own homework on it. I said what we read at the time and clearly it is supported by the fact they didn't fall in the polls after that game.

You have nothing but weak trolling and reading a box score as a substitute for actual real understanding of a game.

And if you saw that Utah game and didn't come away knowing that UW literally gave them every single TD they had on a platter then you are a bigger dumbass than you are already coming across as. They gave them stupid penalty after stupid penalty EVERY single drive that should have ended in punts. There is no one that saw that game that doesn't agree with that. Troy Williams is a terrible college football QB. No one will dispute Utah had solid line play on both sides of the ball and played tough. UW was the clearly better team.

You need to learn more about this sport before you keep embarrassing yourself.

I didn't forget anything. You were a total douchenozzle actually crying over lack of replies when I wasn't even online. :L And show me where I said a thing about any actual article. I said what pundits were saying, as in what the post game talking heads on sportscenter/radio interviews/etc were actually taking about that night.

Show me ONE that refutes what I said and I'll bother. I feel no need to do so otherwise. You have proven you don't have a clue about college football.

:pound: Priceless. First it is work why you haven't posted anything. Now it is random radio interview and Washington on announcers, not articles. With all these national pundits talking about this -- you'd think there would be a single article on it. And FYI, the only thing ESPN talked about the next day was the punt return and refs not flagging the play. It is your story though -- so continue on with your fairy tale.

Show me anywhere I've said something that isn't true. Until you do, it's more of your lame trolling. Nothing more. You can't.

If you need someone to actually tell you that simply looking at stats on a page doesn't tell you the story of a game then you are new to football. Or a complete and utter idiot. Either way, prove me wrong. Go for it.

If you watched the game and came out with the opinion both teams were pretty even, there's no reasoning with you. I pointed out to you that every one of Utah's touchdowns came after a second chance that was gifted to them, that still hasn't seemed to sink in with you. Letting the other team's offense stay on the field without earning it isn't really a stat that registers in the box score.

He's just trolling for the sake of trolling. Even admitted as much. Odd watching a michigan fan doing the team B1G thing for ohio state, but this tard has no clue about college football so obviously he has no understanding of rivalry either.

You brought up the national pundits. My guess is to try and make yourself sound more convincing. The problem is -- you got called out on it and now you are changing your story as you go.

How about this. Post one link, one video clip, one audio clip supporting your claim. Shouldn't be too difficult since not only ESPN, but they talked about it on the radio and after the game, right?

The Utah game -- Washington looked like the better team in the 1st quarter -- from the time the interception happened in the 2nd quarter -- Utah controlled the pace of play and outscored Washington 24-10 from that point on until Washington caught a break on the punt return. So if you want me to say Washington looked like the better team for the 1st quarter -- I'll agree.

You can scream from the mountain tops about dumb penalties being the reason for the Utah game -- but Washington had 4 penalties for 21 yards, while Utah had 10 for 65. It goes both ways.
