The Seahawks have the No. 3 run defense. The Cards have the No. 4 run defense.

Now you're not even trying.

Their run D just looks nasty. They've been the only D to completely shut down AZ all year...and twice. I'm not saying AZ's run D is bad, but SEA's is better.

Some dude who briefly was a head coach in the NFL before languishing as a position coach for most of his career.
LOL, and he has an opinion on how good Russell Wilson is??

AZ run defense gave up 145 rushing yards today.

I like it when you post something someone already said. I also like when you post something that happened once to argue against what was a fairly obvious generalization.

I like it when your argument gets shredded so badly that you start to imagine posts.

I should realize I have to explain everything in excruciating detail to Seattle people.

He dinked and dunked us to death is a generalization. It did not mean to imply EVERY PASS was of this nature, but certainly the great majority of them (like 18/19 or so).

I guess using your logic the Cardinals won because I would like to focus on their 6 points, ignoring the other 36.

Right. Dink and dunk. Except when he doesn't.

I guess some folks would say that he was doing what good NFL QBs do, looking for open receivers and making 1st downs and scoring.

I believe I made the point that was quite effective. It is what it is. Worked really well. Y'all need to seriously work on reading comprehension.

Whatever anyone chooses to say about Wilson, he is:

The first QB in NFL history to pass for 4000+ yards, 30+ tds, and rush for 500+ yards in a season.

It's never happened before. Not by Steve Young. Not by Cam Newton. Not by Fran Tarkenton. Not by Roger Staubach. Not by Aaron Rogers. Not by Michael Vick, Donovan McNabb, etc etc etc.

So Wilson must be doing something right, I'd say.

My reading comprehension is quite good. I know exactly what you said.

You can't say he had a bad game because that would be blatantly ridiculous. So you have to find a way to damn with faint praise. Thus the dink and dunk criticism. It is a way to say that while he was efficient he wasn't playing like a "real" QB would.

Tom Brady heard it for the first 7 years of his career.

Does it matter if RW dinged and dunked the Cards to death? It's not the norm if it's true ( not buying that it's correct)), but even if it was, who cares? You play to win the game, if you can stomp them in the process, even better.

I'd rather have my qb dinking & dunking & putting up points than ducking & running & hitting the bench like Palmer today.

This is the problem with Seattle fans. They are thin-skinned and it's obvious they are struggling to "act like they've been there before" since they finally got there in 2013, and most of their heads exploded.

The dink and dunk may offend you...probably because in this game it was accurate. Sorry, the truth hurts.

Captain Bandwagon comes back from the dead now that Seattle won a big game.

Who'da thunk?

According to Pro Football Focus, RW led the league in deep ball TD's coming in to the week. Definition of "Dink & Dunk", right?

No doubt. That's the larger point and the best response.

Good thing for us AZ fans we only care about what he is doing this year. Not that how he did on the Bengals 8 years ago isn't interesting. He's had a career year this year.
Until Palmer wins a Super Bowl, he hasn't had a career year yet in his career.

Well, that'd be false. A career year is simply the best year of an individual career. But a Super Bowl win would sure seal the deal.

Lots of guys have won Super Bowls that didn't have even one of their top 5 years.

C'mon, read the chart, is this the stats of a dink and dunk QB?

Wait, an Arizona fan is talking shit about being there before? Seriously? You guys have 70 years of futility. You are the Chicago Cubs of football.

The dink and dunk may offend you...probably because in this game it was accurate. Sorry, the truth hurts.

Trust me. You didn't offend me in the least. I find it amusing and like to watch people continue to spin nonsense.

I'm sure you think that dink and dunk is some brilliant insight. It really isn't.

Fair enough. I really like Palmer, but he didn't look all that good today. I think he is a class act.
