lol i know and provopov moved to america when he was 14. i do like that these guys have been playing the north american game for a while now everyone minus rikaten the finn.

i like zacha size but i like brazel play making.

just think your getting a really good defenseman that can contribute this coming sept. hanifan/provopov might have higher ceilings but who knows if they ever make it

It's a crazy good deal but is #6 much better than #16 and 2 2nd rounders?

You also have to remember that Hamilton is probably getting a stupid high contract in the $7 mil range after this.

This is good news for us too: Boston now may trade up to #3 and possibly take a defenseman. more of a chance one of those top forwards falls to the Devils

Yeah I agree I would do it too. Maybe if this draft wasn't so deep I would pause. But can't pass up on middle picks in a deep draft. With 3 good second rounders too. Devils would have 6 picks in the top 47.

Good pick. Was hoping for Marner somehow to fall to 6 but can't argue we got a big talented player (offense a plus).
I really like Provorov. I think if the Devils didn't need offense so much, they would have selected him. Flyers with a great pick up.

I am worried he has only played 37 games on North American ice. But I do like his snarl maybe he turns into a nasty version of throton with his size.


Islanders landed brazel and I think it was a solid move. Grabbed 2 first rounders for griffin who they must not think too highly of
