As for the Union part, where you defending violating "shop law" or were you arguing "shop law" was violated against you?

Neither and never includes me personally as I'm up in my ivory tower. Normally tHat union employees took actions specifically not allowed by their union contract, knowingly refused to take action required in their union contract or in some other way violated such contract. There are also instances where items are not specifically covered in the contract one way or another (like with every union contract) and while that can get a little tricky we can impose other code of conduct policies we have with some nifty catch all sections where needed and just hope for a hearing officer with common sense. Basically like Goodell I am forced to punish the bad eggs...

I hate polls that don't show who voted for what.

I voted down to 1 game. I am the only one currently to say that so when it happens everyone bow down. Gooberdell went way to far on a piece of shit report from Wells. He does not want to have the NFL on trial in a courtroom but neither does Tom Brady.

Basically a stand off and Gooberdell will back down once Kraft supports him with some cash.

he was at a rush concert and didnt get home til 3 am and banged out of work yesterday.

So my question to the real pats fans is: If Brady sits for at least the first game do they postpone their "ceremony" until he is allowed to play? I'm guessing it would help the denial if they wait until he can play, then drop the crap banner at the next home game and make believe nothing happened. This is an NFL first where the Superbowl winner* has to deal with a benching because of cheating, last time they got caught it was for years after they had stolen their last ring. You know what I'm calling it now, 2 game suspension, pats move their farce to week 3, pats gang make believe week 3 is week 1.

All because the Patriots refuse to play by the same rules as everyone else. :L

That would be a dishonor to football fans everywhere, to celebrate an event that the key player was found guilty of cheating that same event.

Where is @Rock Strongo

Reached for comment, his agent was unable or unwilling to confirm or deny reports that Rock was in a Manhattan jail.

So does that include making stuff up about workers, then labeling them "bad eggs" and punshing them for things that have no basis in facts?

The positions have been settled: Gooberdell VS Tommy Gun. I can't see either side retracting, Goofball has been a lap dog for NFL owners and the Golden Boy Tom is headstrong on cleaning his image. The Feds are saying, WTF is going on down there, we have too many national crisis to worry about that shit. Is the NFL becoming the next global empire?
