So pre 2007 the NFL was in cahoots with the Pats. They were not in cahoots when they punished the Pats for Spygate in September 2007. Then in cahoots again when they destroyed the Walsh tapes in 2008. Then not in cahoots when they punished the Pats in 2015. So if I'm following this correctly the NFL should be in cahoots with the Pats again any time now.
