I thought +190 meant underdog?

It does, but they started at prob + 210 or +220 when Warriors were -255.

In other words, the odds on the Cavs dropped, which means money is being bet on them.

And saying most of the money has been dropped on the Cavs doesnt mean anything really. Bettors like greater odds. You put 100 down to win 190, unlike GS you put 100 down to risk 220.

If I was betting again I would stay away from this first game +/- 6. I dont know what to expect.
I would probably take the over though, it is at like 203 or something.

I like the idea of Shumpert guarding Curry and just put a smaller Kyrie on Klay, depending on how much he can actually play.

"Ticketmaster, the official resale site for the team, said the average price paid for a ticket is $1,023, while StubHub said the average price paid on its site is $1,535.
That's almost $1,000 more than what fans have paid for Game 1s over the past four Finals.
StubHub spokesman Glenn Lehrman said last year's Heat-Spurs opener in San Antonio had an average resale price of $460, the cheapest in the past five years. The same matchup in 2013 for Game 1 in Miami cost an average of $558."

"Ticketmaster has two courtside seats located under the basket for $58,250 each on Thursday night, but selling them for that price might be a bit optimistic. The highest price actually paid for a seat has been $36,843 on Ticketmaster and $35,612 on StubHub."

:wtf:

Courtsides for Miami last year were going from anywhere between 10-15K
The price goes up when it becomes a series ending game.

No shot that in either Cleveland or G.S. that the seats would ever sell for 35-50K.

I predict that you will have an excuse or an 'I told you so' for any outcome.

And IF they lose, nothing that JR or the bench or anyone else did will mean a damn thing other than driving up their price tag for next season (if they aren't under contract).

It boils down to just 1 or 2 things.

Either James looks like a genius and everyone agrees that he pulled of a miracle by taking this team all the way OR the seasons a bust because it's James and he lost in the Finals again.

unreal- I AM PREDICTING GOLDEN STATE WINS!!! LOL

its just ridiculous to me that people ignore the facts that- hey- Memphis/GSW was 2-2 before Tony Allen missed the last 2 games and Conley for the most part played like crap because he just had surgery on his face.

Golden State has been extremely fortunate that they have had great health through the playoffs- their only injury pretty much has been Klay's concussion which happened while they were up 3-1 and closing out the last game in blowout fashion.

Golden State has home court, a better coach, and a healthy roster- My dilemma in making my prediction is that I dont think the Cavs will lose a game 6 at home if it gets there- so my prediction is Golden State in 5 or 7- all though if it gets to 7 I think that will be a GREAT game and very hard to pick- but I give Golden State the slight edge because of the above- health, home court and coaching.
Golden State suffered an injury to Speights during that Memphis series yet there's no mention of it because the Warriors have a deep squad and they have several players (Lee, Livingston, etc.) that have come off the bench to fill those minutes Speights was playing. So please stop acting like the Warriors haven't had to make their own adjustments and give credit to their FO for putting together a deep team that truly plays COLLECTIVELY in order to win.

Me neither. Also, it's important to remember, that Vegas doesn't set their lines based on what they think will happen.

Very true.
They want the betting split 50/50.

You're completely full of shit. As I've stated before, I picked the Bulls because on paper, if healthy, they were the better team. However, the Cavs played better than the Bulls and the Bulls lost. I even spent a few pages arguing with a Bulls fan who was trying to discredit the Cavs.

I picked the Hawks in 7 because of the Cavs injuries and they had HCA. If Cleveland had HCA, I'd have picked them, even with the injuries. I've given the Cavs full credit for what they have accomplished, every step of the way.

So, once again, you've made a fool of yourself, but are too stupid realize it.

Now, why don't you answer the question I've asked you before? No one wants you here, no one likes you and everyone makes fun of you. Why do you continue to post here? Is it because you'd rather have negative attention than no attention?

Yes, that's the reason.

Ohh no doubt. Starting off Game 7 were $1500 in advance now, for nosebleeds. I imagine courtsides will be double that 10-15K. Probably higher in GS than Cleveland
