Has anyone noticed that the Academy is no longer on the field? They no longer advertise. The weekend stuff has totally stopped, the 7on7 has ended, the roadtrips en mass to every camp and school but ours has ended. the website is still tits up,

On the very bright side, OL brought 15 to our camp, obviously sending a loud message that they don't condone or participate in any funneling. Good for them. Too bad Bayside is blind to it all.

The Argyle wearing, beiber looking, zima drinking, Bachman loving hooshits are going back to whatever the fuck they do, and order is being restored in the Commonwealth.

Seems like the whole contentious thing just might have done some long term good, in retrospect. I know this site and several members took lots of heat from those we root for. It really was that obvious. We were never going to get those guys anyways, but their influence has now totally dimished, to the point that they have become irrelevant, totally irrelevant.

No need to respond to this. Im not trying to rekindle anything.

So apparently Penn State is about to receive "unprecedented" sanctions. I never even considered that they might get the death penalty, but if they are as extreme as advertised, you'd have to assume that's what's coming.

I almost feel like it has to be the death penalty. If not, the NCAA will set themselves up for the inevitable comparisons, as unfair as they may be:

"Oh PSU got a 2 year bowl ban for covering up college r*pe, while USC got two for getting a kid an apartment."

I know that they are not comparable situations and any comparison is unfair, but it will be thrown around.
