Game Thread: Nebraska @ Michigan

This game is the perfect opportunity for Michigan to show the country they are not as bad as they looked last week and they will come out with that in mind.

Michigan covers the spread.

I think @ the Big House the Wolverines pull it out. Looking like a shootout to me.

These two teams are both coached by insane people though so who knows what the hell will happen.

With Michigan's house in total disarray, I am certainly not banging on yours but do you really think Bo has a chance with a (relatively) new AD in town? It certainly looks like he is gone unless you guys can pull off a (another) miracle and make it to the CCG.

In short, Shawn Eichorst was not brought in to fire Bo Pelini. He was hired because he has the skills to be a great AD. If he has to hire a football coach, I have full belief he'll do a damn good job in selecting the right guy.

Michigan is 2-2 in the B1G.

Michigan has made some really bad tens look good this year. I could see Nebraska pulling out a big win and saving Bo's job!!

Michigan was overhyped to start this year. IMO Gardner is not the answer at QB. He is sloppy with the football and prone to do it at the most in opportune times. Problem they have a true Freshmen backing him up. If Bellomy didn't get hurt this off season he would be the starter today IMO.

Michigan needs to win to salvage the year. Nebraska needs to lose to salvage next season. But thats arguable.

It has much more to do than experience. Nebraska needs someone to unite and excite the program. Recruiting as well as boosters. It is a huge risk but Frost coming home would provide a spark for the program. It would then be up to him to build on that. A head coach needs to be as much of an administrator these days as a schemer.

My biggest concern with Frost is who will he hire under him? While he has connections here and there, who would work underneath him as an assistant? A coach is really only as good as the assistants that he hires underneath him more than anything.

I'd rather take a risk on Frost than hire an old experienced proven coach who is average at another school.
