We won the turnover battle, we caught some lucky breaks in the first half and Fromm played a hell of a game. It just wasn't enough. Bama is a great team, and to beat a great team like that, winning on special teams is a must, and that we didn't do.

Alabama got very lucky on their fumbles. I didn't know that in college you could fumble forward. I feel that's a bad rule.

I was wondering if on that TD he recovered if you could forward the ball. Probably has something like you can't pick it up and run with it or something like that. Or they blew it.

We got lucky on ours on the kick return too. Mecole Hardman had a really bad game today.

I knew you could fumble forward, I don't think you can on 4th down, but otherwise you can.

Yeah, a muffed punt can't be picked up and ran with if it's a turnover. A player that muffs a punt can pick it up and run with it though unless a fair catch was called.
