The interesting thing getting lost in all the outrage is that this is actually a pretty risky move for DeMarcus. If for some strange reason the Warriors underachieve and fail to win, guess who is getting blamed? It probably won't be KD this time. Boogie risks proving the cancer thoughts correct.

The real question is — what are the Lakers going to do now? They have LeBron for 3 years and a player option for a 4th year.
Year 1 is a waste — they aren’t beating Houston with the team they have, let alone GSW.
That comes to Year 2. What are they going to do with Lonzo Ball? He is a terrible fit for what LeBron brings to the table. LeBron spaces the floor and creates open looks for teammates. Teams could literally leave Ball by himself at the 3 point and beg him to shoot. Knock down shooters is what LeBron needs and Ball is the furthest from that.

Nobody is forced to watch the NBA.

Nah. It will probably be like this season where Kerr & most of the players don't care about the regular season. They will be flat on certain nts & perhaps miss games since they will be bored & distracted. This will be followed by bogus concern from the media about the Warriors. They will then magically do great towards the end of the season & then breeze through the playoffs & destroy whoever escapes from the East in the Finals. ESPN will continue to declare the NBA as by far the best league in sports but everyone else knows better. What a joke.

I went into the season knowing that we're in year 2 of 3 with this roster before we get to blow it up. But yeah, for teams like the Lakers, Celtics, 76ers, etc... sucks to be those guys.
