Lebron made two amazing defensive plays on KD in the final minutes and was incorrectly called for a foul on both. First the strip and then the charge. The Cavs played well enough to win but it was taken out of their hands. There's a reason why sports writers who aren't affiliated with the Cavs or Warriors are even saying how what had the makings of an amazing Finals game was absolutely ruined by inept or, worse, corrupt officiating. The Thompson flagrant/ejection in OT was just the icing on their clearly one-sided cake.

Warriors may be without Iggy for the Finals. And now Klay has an ankle/leg injury. Warriors are very lucky.

He wasn't set. That was the right call.

No restricted zone and he got there before KD made a basketball move. They call it a charge, review to see if in restricted zone and he wasn’t. Then reverse the call. You never see that especially with 30 seconds left. The refs let this game get out of hand, especially in OT.

Klay looked fine to me he was running around for 3 quarters. Iggy is the 5th best player. Woww!! Lets not go over the injury history again bc the W’s have been basically injury free for 4 years while their path has been broken and busted lol. It is what it is

The FACT is you don’t have indisputable, definite determination to REVERSE that call. You can still move while setting up forc a block. If it is called that on the floor, fine, but to reverse it is horrific. Makes me think that it is rigged and I don’t want to think it bc I don’t think it is true.

Not only are the Cavs huge underdogs but they stay in this game, while not shooting well and it all goes to shit bc of one call. The refs weren’t too good in OT and then finally they let the game get out of control. NBA refs have always been jokes but Game 7 of the WCF was TERRIBLE as well

The fact they said they were reviewing it to see if he was out of the reatricted zone is total bullshit bc he was easily out of it, it was an excuse to overturn the call, which they never do, it usually involves the restricted zone. Terrible

OMG! Klay was injured for a quarter :laugh3:

Kyrie and Love were injured in 2015 and Lebron was a couple minutes away from taking it to game 7 by himself. Yes the W’s have had plenty of lucky during these 4 years. A LOT of luck actually, still the most talented team we have seen doesn’t mean they are best

first of all, yes they’re extremely talented and I’m not disputing that, but I just can’t believe how lucky these guys get.

Their first title seemingly every opponent had their best player or second best player hurt.

WCF last year - looked like it was going to be a tough series...... and San Antonio would steal Home court until the clumsy idiot Zaza did his thing.

WCF this year- warriors in the ropes. Chris Paul goes down and the rockets literally run out of gas.

I assumed the game would be a blow out by the warriors tonight and didn’t watch, saw it was close, and tuned in for 5 mins to see the cavaliers get screwed on 2 calls in a tight game and the Cavs missing wide open shots.

This warrior team has a horse shoe up their asses!
Any team that wins an NBA Championship needs some luck.

So you think Klay's going to be 100% going forward in this series? You think the Warriors were lucky with how things turned out in 2016 with Dray's suspension and Iggy being injured? The Dubs have had luck on both ends - both good and bad.

Yeah.....if you don't realize what Iggy brings to the team, then I really don't what to tell you. That guy allows them a lot of flexibility and causes a crap ton of match up problems when they have him in the starting lineup.

Now that they have a Finals they want why rig anything? If anything's rigged the incentive is to rig it so the Cavs can make it to 7 games. Not to help the Ws.

I understand a Cavs fan feeling pretty angry but they called that block correctly and if it was called a charge that would have been the wrong call. Refs were not great but JR is your villain here not the refs.

Klay was limping a little and went to the locker room before the whole messy ending was resolved but he will probably be ok. Definitely a small bad break but not enough to change the series outcome.

You're probably right. I just like the narrative that the Dubs are completely lucky and that they never go through injuries. It's absolutely hilarious. And I'm not even a Dubs fan (although I do pull for them in series against the Cavs).

Lebron James is 33 years old and is carrying this team on his back, playing damn near every minute of every game. FOH with that bullshit. To say Klay's "injury" is some stroke of bad luck akin to Love and Kyrie missing basically the entire series the same year is a fucking unparalleled level of retarded.

Name one time when one of their stars has missed more than 1 game in any series. I'm talking Steph, KD, Klay, Draymond. A one game suspension for something he deserved is nowhere near the same as stars missing multiple games for injuries.

Oh I'm sorry, pumpkin did my words trigger you when you were in your safe space? Where the fuck did I knock Lebron, you nut hugging fagaloon?
