One of LeBron's best - if not the very best - performances of his career came on the road in a Game 5 of the ECF after being down 2-0.

Hoping for some of that magic tonight, I think the Cavs will need it to win in Boston.
that was the most mind blowing NBA performance i have ever watched.

No NBA performance I have ever seen quite has come up to that level of just pure craziness. You couldnt even believe what you were watching in that game.

Speaking of the old school NBA. I'd like to see KD play in the 80's era. He'd get broken in half. And Draymond vs. Charles Oakley? I gotta hundred on Oakley.

Reggie Miller survived quite well, and he talked a LOT. This idea that 80's players were so much tougher is really exaggerated.

Rozier, Brown and Tatum dont miss a shot at home, cant hit one on the road

Guess we will see if that continues

That's all well and good, but momentum has some influence. Cavs have made some adjustments on defense.

That said, the Cavs will now probably take the game off lol.

I never said the players of the 80's were tougher than today's players though. The game & the rules (more importantly the rules) are completely different & the game isn't nearly as physical. That's why I think using the old school rules some of the players of today wouldn't be as effective. But that's just my opinion. There's really no right or wrong answers when trying to compare players from different eras.

thats what i am afraid of

this team always does so much better when their backs are against the wall and their are mired in adversity and drama

they are a TERRIBLE front running team unlike the Warriors , lol.....

Come on now wiggy. Okay so Steph probably wouldn't be putting up the #'s like he does now back then. But that fella is a sharp-shooter. His ball handling is far superior to Kerr's & he wouldn't have a problem getting his own shot off. Now cut this shit out! I dislike the Warriors & feel a little sick saying nice things about any of their players.:D

dude Austin Carr's career ended early because he got the crap beat out of him.

Curry is awesome because no one can touch him in todays game

Could you imagine him doing that shimmy in the80's? he would be murdered going to the basket. They would beat him to a pulp. Its part of the reason Jordan was so amazing---- LeBron takes some shots but they are relative to todays league---- back in the day you got MUGGED.

He would be fine as long as he stayed out of the lane, driving to the basket is where the real danger would be for him.

Even though I want to agrue w/ you:heh: not sure I can right now. I still think he could have played back then. But he wouldn't be as productive.

Imagine Steph doing his shimmy & MSG in front of Charles Oakley. I'm thinking Oakley wouldn't like that shit.

You know it. Oakley, Anthony Mason, and Xavier McDaniel would make sure that shit never happened.

I'm sure Ricky Mahorn would love to give him a nice little welcome to the league too..

Great call on the X Man. I was going to mention him but went w/ Oakley instead.

Well, you can't go wrong with either one, both were badasses.

And who could forget the time they fought each other....

LOL.
