I see 15 possible losses. My guess is the Lakers win about half of those possible losses and lose either 7 or 8 more games to end the season

most of those games ar home games though...

means my mid-30 win prediction(believe i said 36) is DEFINITELY a reality...

It'll be interesting to see what your Lakers look like next year w/ the money they have. As far as this year, don't know what the expectations were. No question though they are better this year than last.

There are arguably a legit 7 or 8 right now by my definition, which apparently is tougher than yours.

Not if you think there are 7-8 bonafide superstars right now it isn't. And I said "maybe CP3."

And if Worthy and McHale are superstars, then so is Kyrie Irving, Chris Bosh, Lillard, and Draymond Green.

Kyrie might reach the HoF. So might Lillard (both have a lot of work to do). I doubt Bosh, Lillard are Dray do. Worthy and McHale are.

I stand by what I said in my original post. I don't think there have ever been so many superstars at one time.

I disagree about Bosh. He was an 11x A.S. & a 2x champion that had his career cut short due to health issues. And I think he was a lock for the HOF before his career was cut short. I can't think of many 11x A.S.'s that aren't HOFers.

There are many guys in the HOF who were never superstars. That has never been the definition of a superstar. Yes, superstars tend to make it in, but so do strong contributors from championship teams. Bosh has a good shot at the hall and Dray is a stone cold lock if the Warriors win a couple more.

I said today in my original post. That means today.

LeBron, KD, Curry, Harden and Westbrook for sure.

Many thought Kawhi was the 2nd best player in the NBA last year. His injury sucks, but he is right there with those guys.

Anthony Davis, IMO is too, and Giannis is knocking on the door.

That is 8 guys, and I am not counting CP3 who used to be there or Lillard who is starting to make a pretty damn good case. Then there is a whole group of young studs who could be the next wave.

But as efficient as he is in the paint, maybe the Thunder need to run more pick and roll with him and Russ. It is pretty tough to stop when Russ is willing to give it up.
