I like Kirk and Allen better. That being said, I don't like Kirk on another 1 year tag. I'm done with it.

Rudolph is growing on me.. but NOT as a first round pick. If he is there in the 3rd, and he is the pick.. I'm good with it.

Allen is starting to remind me of Patrick Ramsey, and I don't think Dan and Bruce have the patience for that.

Yeah, I'm at the point where I am dead set on spending the 1st on a NT and our 2nd on a RB. I don't see that changing. I could stomach QB in the 3rd.

If Kirk is not willing to talk and Allen is sitting there at 13 that would give me pause. I just saw the video of Baker Mayfield getting tackled by the police with vomit on his shirt. Not sure how we tranistion from Kirk, the ultimate professional to a guy like that.

Baker may end up killing it in the league, but there are some serious red flags there. We cannot afford to miss on another QB.

i have been watching the sr bowl practices and guys mayfield is clearly the guy who takes charge and he makes plays (for what its worth ) allen has some great tools but he is a project ,(say mahomes type ) . if you ask me luke falk , yes luke falk is the guy that best fits our offense . he catches on the best mentally followed by mayfield

I have been a Luke Falk fan for a while. Walter had us getting him in the third for the longest time.

The man crush thing was a joke for those who didn't get it, because he was saying how much he would love playing for the Redskins. I don't know that much about him. I know all the draft guys will school me. The only guy I watched a lot outside of Penn State games way Mayfield.

6 foot five, strong arm kid who has improved every year as a four year starter.

Plays mostly in a spread (red flag) so I don't view him as a day one starter unless we are going to seriously tweak the offense.

I had him as a 3rd rounder or later and a guy I hoped we would look at IF we kept Kirk on a LTD.

NOw he is getting buzz as no later than a 2nd rounder and maybe a 1st rounder. So IM torn. He was 10-3 last year including the bowl game win

mason rudolph has great size and attitude . the questions are much the same , spread qb playing in the big 12 but he has tools that could be developed . i like him as a prospect

pretty high for sure but i think allen takes longer to process things right now . he will need work but he does have tools

I agree Allen takes longer to process things. And is less accurate. And dealt with fewer drops. And is less athletic. I think what I'm saying is... Jackson's better :D

Yes pretty much what I knew about him. I have watched some highlights. There are some things to like. I mentioned a few days ago to look out for Big 12 QBs. Mostly spread guys and not a lot of success in the NFL. Most of these guys need time to learn or a good coach that can teach them enough to get by for a year or two. I agree I would prefer him in the 3rd round. Not sure he will last that long. I think it all depends on what happens in the underwear Olympics and personal workouts.

Watch "The Most Electrifying Player in College Football || Louisville QB Lamar Jackson 2017 Highlights ᴴᴰ" on YouTube

Of all the QBs talked about, I think Jackson and Rudolph may be the only ones left at 13. Gotta think either Allen or Baker slip to 13 but Jackson does have a strong arm. I've seen him drop it in the bucket a few times. However, I know Bruce does like Jay and I don't think he would do Jay like that and give him Jackson and tell him to revamp his whole offense in a hotseat year.

I think Jackson being billed as the most electrifying player in the draft is exactly why Bruce WILL draft him if he is there at 13. The only way I see us not drafting him is if Cousins is resigned, or if Darnold/Rosen slips to 13.

See, I think Jay was a Bruce hire. The Tampa connections and all. I think that's why Jay has gotten more rope than most, got the extension, won the war with RG3. Bruce desperately wants Jay to succeed in the same way they wanted RG3 to succeed. Jay would jump out of a window.

The thing is Jay loves him some Colt McCoy. You could make an argument that Lamar is a souped-up version of Colt. I will say this. If Jackson goes to the right team, with the right system in place, I think he'll do well.

Mike was a Bruce hire as well. And I think in the end, Bruce wants to be known as smart and not just a Snyder lap dog.

Bruce does come across that way. I like Jackson. I just don't like him for our offense. If Kyle was still here, I would have no problem starting over with Jackson.
