Mitchell with 11 points, 2 assists, and 3 steals through 1 half....I guess he is pretty good.
You a believer now?

STUD.

This kid is legit and nobody should be surprised if he gets ROY.

Ben does more on the court, boards, dimes...

But, he's not the Alpha.

That's Embiid.

Mitchell is carrying the Jazz.

Lmfao!!!

The Celtics and Pelicans have yet to engage in any discussions regarding a trade for Anthony Davis, but, in a Herald exclusive, New Orleans coach Alvin Gentry set the price for a potential transaction between the clubs. “I know there’s been rumors about Boston trying to trade for him or whatever,” said Gentry, “and my response to that is, yeah, we’ll trade him. But they’re going to have to give us the New England Patriots and the two planes that they just bought. . . . And I don’t think they’re going to do that. So we’re not even thinking about those kind of things.”

Great answer, as usual.

I have them 2nd based on talent.

Splash, Wiz Kids, Blazers, Rox....

But, they don't put the work in like Dame and CJ and are not even in the discussion with Splash.

I think the Red Rox are gonna lap them when they get a good 30 games together.

I'm just not ready to rank them higher at this point , based on me being a hater, and the small sample size.

Agreed.

Although, I think it is safe to put the Rockets at 2 and possibly even 1 given the respective track records of Paul and Harden. In fact, I can't even make a case for the Wiz duo over CP3 and Harden.

The debate for #1 is pretty interesting though. Close call, IMO.

What the hell is Alvin Gentry going to do with the Patriots? Pretty sure the Celtics would take that deal. Not sure Kraft would like it though.

The game this weekend should be fun.

But, we won't really be able to answer that question unless they meet in the playoffs.

Look, Cp3 is a great pg.

The Beard is a stud scorer.

But, both those Dudes fall apart, in different ways, when the losing starts.

Harden goes catatonic and Chris goes THERMONUCLEAR.

I think I'm gonna stick with Splash at #1.

To be fair, Woj had tweeted since yesterday that Ariza was the aggressor and both Paul & Harden were trying to calm him down.

If those two were the only aggressive ones then I can't blame them.

I disagree. Maybe you don't suspend CP3 and Harden for as many games as you do those who were more aggressive. But it doesn't change the fact that CP3 and Harden were where they weren't supposed to be and that it was apparently CP3 who showed them the back way in.

When a bunch of Suns got suspended in the playoffs for leaving the bench, they weren't all equally aggressors. A couple may have even been trying to be peacemakers. But they all got suspended.

A strong message was sent and you rarely see a player leave the bench during an altercation anymore.

The NBA had an opportunity to send a strong message with this and they blew it, imo.

What if Ariza & Green stormed out of the rockets locker room heading towards the Clippers locker room & those 2 chased them down to prevent an ugly situation?

Did CP3 not show them the back way in then?

Idk. From what i read on twitter that night from a Houston beat writer is most players know about that back way. He said they would usually use that back way to speak with friends on the opposing team so who knows

As much as I would looooooooooooooooove for this to be true, does anyone believe a word out of Broussard's mouth?

Lakers Rumors: LeBron James Won't Consider Signing As Free Agent Because Of LaVar Ball - Lakers Nation

I typically don't buy anything Broussard says...but he could be right on this one. Not because he actually has a source, but because if you throw enough shit out there, you're bound to be right about something eventually.

We know Lebron has rabbit ears and is sensitive. I could absolutely see him not wanting to subject himself to Lavar's crap.

As for trading Lonzo to get Lebron...no thanks. If Lebron was 5 years younger (maybe even 3 years younger), then yes.

I wonder if there's any video that shows the incident? Haven't seen or heard of any. That would tell a lot.

Uh oh.

Well, that hurts the Patriots trade value. Celtics are probably going to have to throw in some 1st round picks now if they want AD.

Dude, they are at this very moment blaiming Lonzo's sperm donor for the Markelle Fultz debacle on First Take.

They said had that blowhard not distracted them with Lithuania and Lakers trolling, they would have realized earlier that Fultz is a bigger bust than Anthony Bennett....lol

Harsh.

Ariza started the whole thing.

Austin is a bitch.

But, it was all on Ariza, even the verbal exchange.

"The whole game was filled with cheap shots. So I'm not calling anyone out. But he [Ariza] had given Blake [Griffin] a little something and he walked towards our bench. So what do you expect is going to happen? I started talking to him. If I cheap-shotted James Harden, their best player, and I walked down by the Houston bench, you don't think anybody on their bench would've started talking to me? OK then."

Rivers said he yelled out, "Do it! Do it!" to Ariza and that both cameras and Ariza would verify that. But at the time, "he didn't hear what I said. [So Ariza] turned around and said, 'What the f--- did you just say to me?' Then he called me some stuff. And I'm a grown man. I'm not going to take nothing from nobody, just like he wouldn't. So I took offense to it. And he didn't know what I said. So after the game he came in the locker room and his whole thing was, 'What'd he say? What'd he say?'"

Rivers: I spoke with Ariza about altercation
