Now you know how the rest of us felt in 2001 when you got your shit pushed in by Colorado 62-32, didn't make your Championship Game but still played Miami for the NC a month later.

To where? The only P5 team I know that had an open date in November was USC. Or are you suggesting if we had played at Mercer the score would have been different.

The SEC office caused this problem by making it so nobody could take a bye week in November...then being pussies twice by 1. Not filling the schedule in November and 2. Not mandating 9 conference games.

If your conference is not filling your November schedule with a 9th game who the fuck are you going to play in November other than an FCS school. The only schools not affected by this are those with in-state out of conference rivals. I don't see a lot of out of conference Southern teams clamoring to make us their OOC late season rival. We tried doing it with Southern Miss and had a good series going for about 10 years...then they became non-competitive.
