No, but the BBall team should be very good.

Not sold on next year for football, either. Still not QB. Moore and Trail are NOT the answer.

Agreed. BB is Final 4 caliber.

Just wait on the FB. The recruiting class is that good.

They are, but they lack a QB.

Love the kids they have coming in, but they need a QB as bad as the Bengals do. Can't win when you don't score, as we know all to well from Tommy T, and the Bengals.

Bball has a real shot to go deep. Big commit today from a 4* PG for 2018. The guys Mick has been getting lately have really taken it up a notch.

They lost by 4 points. They settled for a FG with 6 seconds left in the first half instead of taking another shot at the end zone.

Also think you have to get the ball in John Ross's hands on the last play of the game. He might be the fastest player to ever step foot on an NFL field.

This looks like a bad team with a lot of good players.

You know, I used to think Hue Jackson was overrated. I've probably said it here a number of times.

I was wrong. He made Andy Dalton a top 10 qb. Without Hue, Dalton is completely lost..... Can't do anything.

I know it's an impossible question, but don't you think a good coach could easily get 10 wins out of this bunch?

Andy Dalton is trash. Like I've said since the day we drafted him.

He used to be able to hide behind decent OCs, a decent cast of WRs, and a damn good pass blocking OL. Now we see his true colors. He's fucking terrible. Not putting balls even on target isn't a product of the WRs or OL.

And I'd love to hear who all thinks we're going to walk into the playoffs still 'because we play bad teams'

We're a 5-11 or 6-10 team, tops.

I might be looking at them through orange colored glasses but I see a serviceable QB and playmakers on both sides of the ball. I don't have a guess on a win total but they should be able to score a TD in 8 quarters.

and if we go 5-11 or 6-10 with our roster and Marvin isn't fired, I'll probably just say fuck it and never watch another Bengals game. Sure as shit won't be buying any of their stuff.

Based on these first 2 games, what makes you think Andy is even serviceable?

It was a theoretical question...... He has demonstrated that he's servicable under a good coach. He doesn't currently have a good coach and he's awful

I'm going off the 100 game sample size instead of the past two games. He's not spectacular but you can win games and score points with him.

I thought that before the season. Our 2009 team wasn't all that good but we went to the playoffs due to a weak ass schedule, a good run game and a down year in the division.

I figured we won 6 games last year and probably should have won 8 if we didn't have Nugent. And that was without Eifert and Green for big sections of the year. And a much more difficult schedule.

I now think we're one of the bottom 5 teams in the league and won't win 5.

...as long as he has OCs that are Head Coach caliber, top flight WRs, and the best OL in the league. Gotcha.

Our D doesn't look bad, especially without Tez. We're going nowhere with this OL and QB situation, though.

Hard to judge the D though.... Baltimore and Houston aren't exactly dynamic offenses.

As an OC, how do you not get fired after not scoring a TD in 2 full home games against very mediocre opponents?
