Cooley breaks down the entire play at the end of Cooley and Kevin
Direct quote: "Not a horrendous decision, a horrendous throw"
Here is a link to the podcast, it was the 4th hour about 20mins in from today

I hope that you don't mind a question about that Cooley statement. Is it possible to make a throw (horrendous or otherwise) without deciding to do so prior to making it? Just asking!!
Of course I believe that @deanpet21 is a fan/follower/supporter of this team. Absolutely!!.....His passion cannot be denied, in fact, I'll ask all of the old heads here to think back to a more youthful times and contrast and compare themselves then vs. now.
I don't know how old @deanpet21 is, but I'm willing to bet that he's at that point in life where his fandom often fuels an very deep visceral reaction, where most old hats have been there, done that and ain't doing it anymore.
Excellent point. The point in my life where I decided to stop drinking in large part had to do with my fandom for the Skins. As well as my inability at times to control how I reacted towards others while watching a Skins game.
Do I think Dean is a fan? Yes, I do. Do I think dean makes shit up so as to be able to say he was right? I know he does. Dean's issue is not one of fandom, its one of maturity as alluded to by others in this thread.
not making shit up. We have a poster who swears and name calls so that is not a maturity issue?
if you defend KC you are a Retard or you are being retarded period Fact have a nice day and if you hate what i say or disagree i dont give a shit im right
Cmon, dean. We all know better and have proven it as recently as last night. You claimed that Cooley questioned the decision by KC to throw that INT pass in the red zone. You were adamant in multiple posts. Then Samauri called you out and posted the Cooley segment and, in reality, Cooley said just the opposite. Now if you weren't making that up, how do you explain it? Was it an intelligence issue that you couldn't comprehend what Cooley was saying? Or was it a bias issue where you take everything you hear and read and turn it to support your specific bias so as to be proven "right"? I can't wait to hear how you justify it.not making shit up. We have a poster who swears and name calls so that is not a maturity issue?

And in Dean's twisted logic, by saying others are to blame also is giving KC a pass. He only deals in absolutes. Its always one play or one player to blame. But in reality, life is much more nuanced as is football. There never is one play that decides a game. Now some plays may have more influence than others, but there are over 100 plays a game. Each one has its impact. KC's INT itself was not a game decider. But it definitely was a major influence on the ultimate game status. As was the complete whiff(s) by moses and resulting strip sack and TD. As was Crowder's fumble. As was a couple of Pyror's drops. As were the dropped INTs by Morgan, Breeland and Fuller. All of those major plays had a role in direct scores or potential momentum shifts. But none by themselves were game deciding plays. That's easy. Here is how Dean responded once the facts were clarified:
"my bad. I misunderstood. I thought he said Pryor was open in the endzone"
In other words - he never listened to the Cooley segment or the entire thing (likely read about it somewhere else) & just assumed that this was stated. This is by definition "making shit up". Ditto for saying that many of us are defending Cousins during the Eagles game or claiming that he did no wrong. I can't find anyone on this board who made those types of statements. The closet you will come are fans (e.g. me) who state the others were also to blame.
